Please read these terms carefully before accessing ReonCash. They govern your rights, acceptable use, transaction settlements, and dispute resolution.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating a ReonCash account or using any ReonCash product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use ReonCash. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Nigeria (or a country we explicitly support) to use ReonCash. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use our services.

3. Account Registration

To use ReonCash you must create an account using your phone number, full legal name, and a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN) or other accepted identification. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, transaction PIN, and one-time passwords confidential.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Services Offered

ReonCash provides digital wallet services, transfers, bill payments, gift-card services, virtual and physical card features, and currency exchange services where available. Features depend on your verification tier, location, eligibility, and the product options currently presented to you.

5. User Obligation

You agree to use ReonCash only for lawful purposes. You will not impersonate another person, provide false information, use the service to launder money, finance terrorism, evade tax obligations, or interfere with the service. You will respond promptly to verification and transaction-monitoring requests.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on ReonCash:

Fraud, phishing, money laundering, or deceptive practices
Funding gambling on unlicensed platforms
Purchasing or selling illegal goods or services
Reverse engineering the ReonCash app or APIs
Using ReonCash for unauthorised commercial resale of digital goods

7. Fees & Charges

ReonCash discloses applicable fees and the available exchange rate before you confirm a transaction. Charges may include transfer fees, FX margins, card-funding charges, or third-party biller fees. We may update our fee schedule and will communicate material changes through an appropriate channel.

8. Intellectual Property

The ReonCash name, logo, app, website, and related designs and content are the property of ReonCash Technologies Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except where applicable law permits.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReonCash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Termination

You may request to close your ReonCash account, subject to outstanding obligations and applicable holds. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably suspect fraud, a violation of these terms, a security risk, or where required by law, a regulator, or a service partner.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled by the courts with competent jurisdiction in Nigeria, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection right available to you.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the app, website, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
